People we didn’t even know called and asked for cards, and others asked permission to duplicate them. Stuart has served the Republican party in various grassroots capacities. How is it possible in little-known races with little press coverage to have any idea who the best candidates really are?
In 1994, Stuart became a Republican precinct chairman, a job which he held until 2010. Together we have helped in Presidential, U.S. House, State Representative, and local Tarrant County races. We wanted our card to be different (and less expensive) than the slick, brightly-colored campaign mail, so we printed our card on pale-green cardstock and mailed it into our local area. We have attended every Texas state convention as delegates since 1994.

She previously homeschooled our four children through high school, successfully preparing them for graduation from major Texas universities. Stuart also chaired the Tarrant County Senate District 10 convention in 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2008. Not only were people asking for our “green card,” we saw voters carrying the card into the voting locations! To comply with election laws, we formed a political action committee (PAC), DFW Conservative Voters.
We printed several dozen cards on our home PC and gave them to our friends. Stuart became a delegate to the Republican state convention in 1992, while Kathy brought the kids to the convention in time for our youngest son, then age two, to shake President George H. W.
