The customer service is so crappy... they didn't have my size so they sent me over the the Queen Victoria store and my bad luck they sent a female employee (Asian wearing braces) over to the same store and when I get there she knew nothing of where the boots I wanted would be.

Both of them were bought in this store and I can not fault the experience either time.The only other thing I can suggest is to keep an eye out for the sales. so although I have worn RNM for over 40 years I bought a pair of Slatters Rialto Boots yesterday for $150.00 dollars and am wearing them at the moment. The boots aren't cheap.

So you can get the RM boots online for a $100 cheaper, so why would you go to Collins St? I would have to find $2,500.00.I dont think I'll ever own a pair of crocodile RMs and I dont think the old man would have approved. We took the boots back to Collins st.,(freeways, parking much time) waited weeks and they have come back with a visible rough couple of extra mls off the back, not the whole heel which is still hideous.

Those boots are 35 years old and still great. RM Williams Comfort Craftsman 1 month review. and to be told a $400 dollar pair of boots already supposedly repaired by RNM Williams could not be fixed is amazing ( by the way I took them to Minute Repairs and the leather was repaired for $12.00 !!!! No changes at all.I just dropped off my second pair, Black Craftsmans bought here about seven years ago, to get a re-sole and heel, $110 !
