We stayed during an unseasonably cold stretch and a pipe in the hotel broke and the staff did a great job evacuating everyone and quickly getting us back inside. Comfortable, well equipped. Before we checked out we booked it again for 2 weeks time we absolutely loved it! Comfortable and clean. The location and the services. Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola is 7 minutes' walk away. Free WiFi is provided in all guest rooms. Maps and signage on the mountain could do with some work - finding your way to specific points can be pretty tricky.
